Through the doorways of a major health crisis and near death experience, arising from intense grief and stress, I began my exploration of alternative realities in the mid 1980s. This initiation journey continues and has led to working with a broad range of healing modalities, spiritual teachings, and personal introspection. It has also led to a professional career that began with a focus on science, natural resources management, and teaching; morphing to mediation, facilitation, teambuilding and leadership coaching; morphing to spirit work.
I have been privileged to travel and work with the spiritual traditions of Peru, Senegal, Australia, Ancient Egypt, Bali, Bhutan, Scotland, and the Amazon. And to visit sacred sites and to train with masters and indigenous elders.
I continue to study spiritual traditions, shamanic practice, and psycho-acoustic sound; exploring the territory through playing the didjeridoo, and its connection to the dream time.
