Subtle and profound

When we begin a mind, body, spirit practice we often make rapid initial progress. All is new and magic.

We gain understanding, learn the language, insights blossom.

We shed what is holding us back.

We relish this progress, our growth.  “Yes,  Wow,  OK”

We become hungry for this quick success, this rapid path, the easy work – without it we often turn to another practice

If, through quiet diligence we continue to the deeper core

Occasionally a small shift “Ohhhhhh”

So subtle and so profound – reverberating through everything
