Ahhh, the luxurious heat of the end of summer.
What do we do when we realize that our spirit allies’ greatest desires are to protect us, and tear us apart – dismember us – so we can re-member our authentic selves, anew?
Who knew those teachings about purification and the destruction of identity being the key to the spiritual path were true.
No wonder they sanitized the teachings.
Who would have signed up for this?
Ishtar, Kali, Sekmet, Athena, even Tara are standing in the wings, leaning on their swords, waiting to see if we will choose to get real.
Although we want to be in charge when working with spirit – once we cross the threshold – the divine, in all its ferocity and love is running the show.
The spirit of the depths (primordial source of creation) takes no ego-identity prisoners.

You have to loose the one you have to emerge with one that is authentic.
The only way out is through that exit door way the —- down at the end of the corridor.
Don’t surrender, there is no future in passivity, struggle down that corridor with all your resistance, outrage, trauma, frustration and fear. Burning it all as you go.
Make this life worthwhile, take the biggest, bravest step you can toward being who you truly are.
